I always said that I can’t do it, but Pieter and Themba told me you can just keep on trying and you’ll get there and that’s how I finished this course, by saying I can and I will do it’ Justine Tombisa

‘I’ve learned to put a tent, I have learned that for everything wrong you do there’s a punishment and I have learned that for every action there is a consequence. I was sad that we couldn’t complete all activities because of the rain. I would have liked to experience new tasks. I felt like carrying a mountain on my back but I also knew that something new would come from that and I must say: I have some muscles. Now when my mom puts me out of the house I can just put up a tent for me in the back yard. If I get an opportunity to come again, I will come. It was fun and very exciting. And Outward Bound has got some very pretty women.’ Patrick Dyers
