We have launched a new initiative at the beginning of Staff Training Week this August to recognise and reward our staff for safe guarding the principles & integrity of Outward Bound and for exceeding expectations.

On Saturday the 15th August instructors and managers gathered at Upendi , our operational base in Sedgefield Wilderness for staff training week.

“Whatever your situation/circumstance we had to understand that all the others were going through the same as you. Working together as a group was very important because at the end, it wasn’t just about one person, but the whole team! The activities all were there to prove a point. This point, as I noticed, was our leaders’ motto ‘impossible is nothing.’ Later on, we realized what he meant because we can now do things we thought we couldn’t.”
