“The course itself is quite a good way of getting to step outside your comfort zone and adapting to the not-so-normal camping life. Rock climbing and river rafting was the activities I enjoyed the most and I could encourage my teammates to also do it. Sara Stringfellow is a water baby in every sense of the word. Any and every opportunity she has to be near water or actively in water-she will exploit it with gusto. It comes as no surprise then that she combined her passion for swimming with her desire to make the world a better place. Only a mind as waterlogged as hers could conceptualize an event called ‘Swim to Africa’
