EPILOGUE
In true Outward Bound spirit, the weather proved challenging and unpredictable. This adversity provide the group with an opportunity to support and motivate each other, and they bonded well as a result. The groups communicated well and shared ideas when solving problems and were able to transfer this experience to real life issues.
The group leaders were supported by their teams and they realised the importance of good communication.
They appreciated the responsibility they had ,and developed an understanding of the fundamentals of leadership. The experience letters indicate the students were empowered though overcoming the obstacles presented and integrated well with their group-making new friends.
Congratulations on a successful program & Thank You to everyone who made this initiative possible.
